Our programs instill a love for dance through technique,

teamwork, and play.  We believe in building confidence, healthy bodies, and skill through dance.

dreamdance Academy was founded by studio director, Peter Myre. ddA is a welcoming atmosphere where dancers can come have fun, learn to dance, and be creative. We like to create stories behind our dances, thus allowing the audience members to engage more in the dance that is being performed in front of them.

The stories behind the dances can often be thought of as “out of the box” and we pride ourselves on those kinds of dances. dreamdance Academy strives to make you wonder what they will come up with next.

At dreamdance Academy, we like to focus on all of our dancers, and provide them with opportunities to dance on stage as often as possible through competitions and community events.  In addition to our competition schedule, our dancers have also performed in the Hermantown Summer Fest Parade, Tall Ship Festival, Spirit Valley Parade, Proctor Hog Head Parade, and the Christmas City of the North Parade.
